If you are thinking about buying your next home, I’m betting you have already spent a lot of time familiarizing yourself with the MLS system, it’s pretty addictive. You have probably also started to visit open houses in your targeted neighbourhoods to see what’s out there. And, I’m guessing that you have already been introduced to an agent or two at these open houses, most of whom, are more than happy to set you up on an automatic drip of MLS listings as they come out.
I work a little differently. I’ve created a detailed questionnaire that we will use to better understand your individual buying criteria, so that hopefully the only listings you see, are quality listings that meet your criteria. You’re a busy person, you don’t have time to be weeding through all the less-than-desirable listings. That’s my job!
